Safety and Hygiene

Other Rules

  • Room check in is from 2 PM. Check out is untill 11 AM. Does not allow private parties or events in room.
  • Visitors are not allowed in room.
  • Maximum of 3 occupants or 2 adults and 2 kids per room.
  • Hotel May Charge Compulsory Gala Dinner Supplements on Christmas/New Year Eve or any Other Festive Period. Any Such Supplements needs to be paid directly at the Hotel. Airport transfers: to and from is on charges basis for Jaipur/Kishangarh/Delhi.
  • HOOKAH/SHEESHA and Kitchen Appliances are strictly not allowed.
  • Child below 12 years will not be given extra bed if extra bed is required charges has to be given directly at the hotel.
  • Outside food, beverage and Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
  • The Primary guest must be at least years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  • If the guest departs before the check out date then full stay retention would be applicable.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Outside liquor, food & beverage is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Management reserves the right to confiscate the same and return upon departure.
  • Any guest arriving at Kavassu Heritage Haveli (A Unit of Kavassu International Pvt. Ltd.) will need to show their full vaccinated certificates. This will be verified at the reception itself alongwith with valid photo id proof.
  • This is a couple friendly property. Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Local Ids can be presented as proof of identification. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management.
  • The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged by the hotel at the time of check out from the hotel.
  • For any update, the customer shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the hotel.
  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely on the hotel’s discretion. Number of modifications possible on a booking will be on the discretion of Heritage Haveli.
  • Guests are given the keys upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure, If guests lost or do not return the keys they are obligated to pay the penalty of 5000 INR per room key.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. From 21:00 to 7:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
  • Disturbing other guests is not allowed. Heritage Haveli keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the guests who disturb other guests or no other way disrespects house rules.
  • We assume that the guests are familiarised and fully understand the Haveli rules at the beginning of their stay in our Heritage Haveli.
  • Haveli bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform reception. We suggest you to double check your room upon your departure from the Haveli.
  • All rooms have air conditioning. Please note the air condition does not work of windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.
  • Haveli is entirely non-smoking except designated space at terrace. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Haveli obliged to charge the penalty of INR 5000 according to the local law.
  • Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.
  • In all guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Haveli rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Haveli reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.
  • Haveli guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces.
  • It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the Haveli. If found they must be prosecuted under Indian Law.
  • On the date of reservation in case of no show, hotel reserves right to rebook room after 6 PM on that particular day.
  • Haveli has arranged parking nearby for your convenience. Haveli takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.
  • Airport tranfers are available 24 hours. The official price of this service is published at the reception.
  • For any damage caused by the guest to the Haveli property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Haveli.
  • Haveli keeps the right to require a gurantee for extra expenses during reservation process or at the check-in. Minimum amount to be deposited is INR 5000 per room per night.
  • Payment gurantee is required. In case of a long stay the services are to be paid on the weekly advance bases. Payment would be recieved in INR local currency according to the official average rate of RBI on the arrival.
  • All departures after 11 AM will be considered as late departure and additional cost of 25% of room rent will be applied to guest’s Haveli account. If departure is after 3 PM an extra night including breakfast, will be charged please check for details with reception.
  • If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform reception 24 H prior departure. Otherwise full night stay with breakfast will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the hotel caused by misbehaviour and disrespect of hotel rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation and deny their stay as well.
  • In case of fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacaution plan attached on the inside of your main room door.
  • It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, cushion, curtain etc.). If found will be prosecuted by indian national law.
  • If you have any suggestion on hotel serice or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when Haveli has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reasons for accommodation rate discount for your future trips.

Covid-19 Policy

  • To maximise safety and minimise contact, certain services and facilities will be limited or temporarily unavailable. We have suspended operations of most of our swimming pools, fitness centers, spas and salons Food and beverage services may be limited to set/select menus and reduced operational hours, and buffet services are only available at certain hotels. Additionally, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destination that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay

  • The team is maintaining appropriate hygiene standards and wearing gloves and masks, in all areas, through- out their shift.
  • Rooms can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future.
  • Visitors will not be allowed on guest floors in order to maximise safety.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Guests are requested to download the Aarogya Setu mobile application for their and others safety. Guests are advised not to visit containment zones.
